The first of my landscape-based pieces. This is an archival project, tracing memories and unpacking national identity in post-2016 umerica.
components: soundscape, spontaneous transformation of the built environment (light, sound, bodies), dreamscape, gentle choreographies of bodies and space, stigmergy, graffiti, bubbles, and a silent disco.
themes: migration, nationality, neoliberalism, race, memory, ecology.
this piece is a work-in-progress (developed in toronto CA, workshopped in seattle USA)
